Prepare to tantalize your taste buds as we inform you that Kama in Radisson Blu, Kaushambi is celebrating authentic flavors of royalty through its ongoing ‘Mughlai Food Festival’. The exuberant dining experience is perfectly set with a menu comprising of rich-in-taste Mughlai cuisines and live music to give you company.

Keeping in mind the growing love for food, Radisson Blu, Kaushambi’s yet another attempt to bring royal cuisines closer to its customers has proven to be a magical move. The tastefully done menu has a range of veg and non veg appetizers including :

·         Veg Lukhmi

·         Shahi Soyabean Tikka

·         Galouti Kebabs

·         Kalmi Kebabs

·         Hyderabadi Ghost Seekh

·         Noorjahan Prawn Tikka and much more on the list.

Tempting you further is a wide range of Mughlai main course dishes that is as enticing as the appetizers itself. To name a few there is :

·         Makai Shehzadi

·         Shabhnam Curry

·         Lagan Ki Boti

·         Dal Sultani

·         Macchi Bemisal

·         Murgh Tawa Korma

Any of the above gravy dishes go perfectly well with any choice of breads though our recommendation is the rarely available but now, much sort after, Rogani Naan. The Dal Sultani is fantastic in terms of taste and should not be missed even if you are a hardcore non-vegetarian.  For those, who relish having Biryani, you are in for a treat as the Dum Biryani here is incomparable to any that you get elsewhere.

Like every beautiful story, you can conclude your meal on a sweet note. Ordering Malai Pista Kulfi or the Badami Halwa should be on your list. I would especially recommend the ‘Badami Halwa’ mainly for its quirky but very culturally rooted presentation.

For those, who do luxuriate in meal experiences that are not just lavish but satisfying to the taste-buds too, you just should not give this one a miss. You will be left licking your fingers as you savour the fragrant Mughlai dishes from the menu curated by experts and implemented by Chef Devi Lal Gurjar, a name that has been associated with Kama since its inception.
