If you were a customer in your own cafe, what would you order from the menu?

Peperon Pinsa, Pulled Chicken salad, Boston Cream Pie and Peach Ice Tea.

What inspired you to open a cafe?

It was a dream for many years, I am a hotelier for last 3 decades and I was always enamoured by simplicity, scalability and consistency of McDonalds and Starbucks. Unpredictability of life with Covid made me take the plunge.

How did you come up with the name My Tea Chapel?

I always felt that we Indians call ourselves as a Tea drinking nation but we hardly ever get to experience fine teas and most of our premium teas are exported. So decided to anchor our brand around tea (being one of the healthier beverage choice) and healthier food options. The word “My” represents each individual can connect with the brand at personal level and My Tea Chapel is a place where you express your love for fine teas, food options and beverages.
