Known for his structured, contrast-driven cocktails, Marco Giovani is one of Italy’s most celebrated bartenders. His signature style—marked by sharp flavor logic, a low-waste philosophy, and clarity-focused construction—will collide with BANNG’s Thai-inspired high-voltage atmosphere, promising an evening where creativity knows no bounds.
