What inspired you to open a cafe?

My mother’s recipes and a desire to bring Bihari Food on the food map of India.

 

How did you come up with the name Potbelly?

We believe that the way to anyone’s heart is through their belly!

What aspects of the food industry would you like to change?

Sourcing good quality produce, Consistently serving a good product. Zomato, Swiggy should be equally in favour of the restaurants as they are with the customers. Concessions’ and support from the Government as we are one of the industries that provides one of the largest employment opportunities.
