From February 6 to 8, 2025, the culinary showcase at Tamra, the hotel’s international restaurant, will highlight time-honored family recipes that capture the rich heritage of Karnataka’s Kodagu region.
Home Chef Smitha, a classical dancer, author, and passionate storyteller, brings years of culinary expertise to this dining experience. Her journey spans over 15 years, from launching Limited Overs and Baked Delights to curating food festivals at luxury hotels like Taj Fisherman’s Cove and Hyatt. With her latest venture, Global Theeni, she continues to share the soulful flavors of her roots.
