This is your chance to experience the bold and imaginative cocktail culture of Seoul right here in Gurugram. Leading the evening will be Eggsy Seong, the genius behind Alice, known for shaking up the bar scene across Seoul, Singapore, Tokyo, Taipei, Berlin, and beyond. Now, as part of his India tour across Bangalore, Mumbai, and Gurugram, Eggsy is ready to introduce cocktail lovers to Seoul’s avant-garde flavors—BANNG style.
Expect an evening of storytelling in a glass, as Eggsy crafts four show-stopping cocktails, each designed to surprise and delight:
- Hippity Hoppity: A playful vodka mix with ice wine, fino sherry, apricot, kiwi, camellia, and a pickled carrot garnish served in Alice’s signature rabbit tiki glass.
- 7.Face to Vase: A delicate blend of sake, eucalyptus, mango, and coriander, topped with a stunning edible flower.
- Quack Quack: A daring concoction of duck fat whiskey, sweet potato, balsamic, and stout beer, crowned with beer foam and a quirky duck meringue.
- K.Foggy Fongo: A dramatic mix of single malt whisky, frankincense, sherry wine, and nuts, served with edible fog, mushroom cream cookie, and a pepper grind.
