Food lovers, mark your calendars! A rare and exciting culinary experience is coming to Delhi this week, as two powerhouse restaurants — INJA (Delhi) and Bandra Born (Mumbai) — join forces for a two-day pop-up on May 1st and 2nd at INJA, Friends Colony.
This unique collaboration brings together Chef Adwait Anantwar of INJA and Chef Gresham Fernandes of Bandra Born, who’ll be cooking side by side to craft a nine-course menu that’s all about contrast, creativity, and bold storytelling through food.
While INJA is known for its refined Indian-Japanese fusion and quiet elegance, Bandra Born brings a rebellious flair with its street-style, flavour-packed dishes. Their kitchen styles couldn’t be more different — but that’s exactly what makes this pop-up so exciting.
Expect three signature dishes from each restaurant, plus three all-new creations made together just for this event. Each plate is designed to surprise and spark conversation — a playful mix of finesse and fire.
It’s more than just dinner — it’s a one-time-only experience where two distinct food philosophies collide to serve something unforgettable.
📍 Venue: INJA, 77, Friends Colony West, New Delhi
