Started with the passion for language, this platform has conducted events at Lucknow, Noida, Gurugram, and Delhi. KalaManthan has created a niche in Art circuit within last few events. The young budding artists are preferring the association as the platform is organizing close-knit, open to all events without any registration fee and has a professional approach of videos and social media.

The Platform is backed up by professional site www.kalamanthan.in which intents to create a data of artist on a single platform and give them due to exposure as well as the opportunity to earn through their art.

KalaManthan also getting associated with schools to promote poetic and creative expression of language as the depreciating level of language is something which is close to the heart of cofounders.

The poetry events by KalaManthan saw amazing poets coming from nearby cities of Agra, Kanpur and Banaras. Daastangoi or Modern Day Storytelling is also being promoted.

Book publication and expansion to other cities is in KalaManthans agenda. The team is coming up with the first anthology of stories with name Online Womenia where 32 women bloggers are coming together with their short stories and it’s being launched on mothers day 2019.

KalaManthan has a dedicated team with Co-Founder Jayant and Nirjhra and Creative Director Baasab “Talib”, and an audio-video team led by Kuljeet Singh. The team works tirelessly to bring a change in the poetry world with humble efforts.

It’s been a few months but the event has created a buzz by the quality of content and warmth of the platform. Online TOI coverage is an evidence for the same.

They also conducted special events like one where kids from Love n Care foundation NGO were invited to witness the event and celebrate Christmas. The kids witnessed stories from storytellers and learned life lessons through them. The zeal of cutting the cake and flipping through gifted storybooks took everyone present to their own childhood.

They also had an all women poetry event on women’s day. The platform will soon be going to colleges with the format and few exciting things are in pipeline. The agenda is to get the artist within every soul a platform to express.
