Aptly named “Rangeelo Rajasthan,” this event promises to transport guests to the heart of Rajasthan with an array of authentic and regal dishes, expertly prepared by renowned Chef Sachin Rathore from Jaipur.
Chef Sachin Rathore, celebrated for his mastery of traditional Rajasthani cooking, will showcase a selection of his most cherished dishes, including the spicy Laal Maans, hearty Daal Baati, succulent Junglee Maas, rich Jodhpuri Gatta Curry, and the decadent Ghewar, among others. He will be joined by Executive Chef Sandeep Saini, who has collaborated with Chef Rathore to create a menu that perfectly reflects the culinary heritage of Rajasthan, bringing the essence of the desert state to Gurugram.
