This year’s theme, “Mezban Kadardan Khansam”, promises to take guests on a culinary journey through the rich heritage of Lucknow’s Nawabi hospitality.
Infinity will be transformed into a vibrant scene of Lucknow’s famous landmarks, including Hazratganj Chowk, Qaisar Bagh Palace, and Aminabad Food Street. The setting will offer diners a taste of Lucknow’s culture and cinematic history, making it an immersive experience.
The festival will feature an array of Lucknow’s finest dishes such as Galauti Kebabs, Murgh Awadhi Qorma, Awadhi Biryani, and a variety of traditional breads like Sheermal and Ulta Tawa Parantha. Guests can also indulge in street food favorites like Tokri Chaat and Aloo Tikki. For dessert lovers, treats like Shahi Tukda and Badnam Kulfi will round off the meal.
Executive Chef Roushan Sharma shares that the festival highlights the subtle flavors of Lucknow’s cuisine, focusing on its delicate artistry.
