The festival’s menu has been thoughtfully designed by Narayan Jha Maharaj, a chef with over 45 years of experience in Marwari cuisine. Starting his journey in Rajasthan at just 15 years old, Maharaj Jha is renowned for his commitment to authentic Marwari cooking, and his expertise is evident in every dish.
Some of the highlights of the menu include Dal Bati Churma, a hearty and comforting dish; Laal Maas, a spicy meat curry; and Gatte ki Sabzi, made with gram flour dumplings in a tangy yogurt sauce. You’ll also find Ker Sangri, a unique dish made from dried berries and beans, and for dessert, the sweet and rich Mawa Kachori.
This Marwari food festival offers a fantastic chance to savor authentic Rajasthani cuisine in a stunning and culturally rich environment.
