The upcoming Auto expo 2023 is set to attract some of the leading manufacturers in the industry, such as Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, MG Motor India, and Toyota Kirloskar. However, visitors may be disappointed to know that some notable brands will not be in attendance. Luxury car manufacturers like BMW, Mercedes Benz, and Audi, who are typically crowd-pleasers, will not be present at the event. Additionally, Mahindra & Mahindra, Volkswagen, and Skoda have also decided not to participate in the expo.

As the discussions surrounding electric vehicles continue, many manufacturers are expected to showcase their electric capabilities this year. Maruti Suzuki, India’s leading car maker, plans to reveal their electric SUV to the world. Additionally, the company is expected to release the highly anticipated five-door Jimny and another SUV. Hyundai Motor India will also be debuting their electric vehicle, the IONIQ 5.

The expo will feature displays from leading two-wheeler manufacturers such as Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj, Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India, and TVS Motors, but they will be limited to showcasing vehicles that run on flex fuel or ethanol. The luxury vehicle segment will be represented by Lexus, who plans to unveil the Lexus RX. Additional manufacturers who will be present at the expo include Ashok Leyland, VE Commercial Vehicles, JBM Auto, SML Isuzu, Greaves Cotton, and BYD India.
