How would you describe your Label Roshan Tailors?
Roshan Tailors is a legacy. It is everything that any woman needs in her ethnic closet. We add a touch of sophistication, craftsmanship, and grace to all ensembles we make including lehengas, suits, sarees, blouses, crop tops, or anything tailor stitched.

How did you end up being a designer?
As we mentioned, Roshan Tailors is a legacy passed on to me by my father.
What is the favorite part of being a fashion designer?
There are two favorite parts of being a designer. One, the creativity and the freedom it gives to my mind. Second, when a garment fits our customers perfectly, the smile on their faces is priceless. Especially designing something for to-be brides is truly special.
Which designers have been the biggest influences on you?
Sabyasachi, Sabyasachi and Sabyasachi.
What aspects of the fashion industry would you like to change?
The fact that online shopping has invaded this industry is disturbing. What’s more disturbing is that these online sellers copy designs freely and recreate them in cheap fabrics and sell for low prices. This not only accounts for our business being affected but also greatly impacts our creativity.
